At first Download latest mozilla firefox then install it same way when you install other softwares and now after installation of Mozilla firefox open it and you will be able to see a emoticon icon on the top right corner of your mozilla firefox.

Now click on it and you will see a video calling option has been opened and your webcamera will open give permission and you can chek that you will see a box here will two option email link and copy link. Copy the link from there and send it to your friend and if he also in Mozilla firefox and click on the link you sent then you will be able to make video chat with them.
